Jose was wonderful! He diagnosed my GE washer issue on a Friday afternoon. Ordered the part. Came to fix the drain pump and electrical board on Monday morning. Machine is Only 4 years old. My three kids come home with tons of wood chips so it created bloackage over the last 4 years. Now I know how to clean the filter once a quarter to maintain it. Thanks again!
